• Device and technical data: device identifiers (including the advertising ID), device model, operating system version, language, IP address, and crash/diagnostic data.
• Game data: your game progress (levels, stars, coins, unlocked items), settings, in-game statistics, and levels you create or publish with the built-in level editor.
• Account data (optional): the game works with an anonymous guest account by default. If you choose to sign in, we receive basic account information from Google Play Games (Android) or Sign in with Apple (iOS), such as your player ID and display name. No email address or password is required by us.
• Purchase data: when you make an in-app purchase, the store (Google Play / Apple App Store) processes the payment. We receive purchase receipts and transaction identifiers for validation and delivery — never your payment card details.
• Usage analytics: gameplay events (for example levels played, features used, ads watched, purchases made) used to balance and improve the game.

• Provide, operate, and improve the game;
• Save and restore your progress across sessions and devices (cloud save);
• Process and deliver in-app purchases and restore entitlements;
• Authenticate optional Google Play Games / Apple sign-in;
• Analyze aggregate usage to balance difficulty, economy, and features;
• Send push notifications and local reminders (you can disable these in your device settings);
• Show advertising, including rewarded ads you choose to watch (see Section 3).

The game shows ads served by Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads). AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising ID and related data to serve and measure ads, which — depending on your region and consent choices — may be personalized. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking / Apple Advertising). Where required by law (e.g. EEA/UK), consent is requested before personalized ads are shown. Purchasing the "Remove Ads" product removes banner and interstitial advertising.

The game uses the following third-party services, which process data as described in their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — advertising (see Section 3);
• Microsoft PlayFab — game accounts, cloud save, leaderboards, community levels, game analytics, and remote configuration (privacy statement);
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (Google) — delivery of push notifications;
• Google Play Games — optional sign-in on Android;
• Sign in with Apple — optional sign-in on iOS;
• Unity (game engine and Unity IAP) — in-app purchasing and basic device/runtime data (privacy policy);
• Google Play / Apple App Store — payments, in-app reviews, and app updates.

We do not use Facebook SDK or Firebase Analytics.

We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with the service providers listed above (to operate the game), and with authorities when disclosure is required by law.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. Game and account data are retained while your account is active; you can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

The game is suitable for a general audience but is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To request deletion of your account and associated data (game progress, published levels, analytics identifiers), email us at mindinvadersgames@gmail.com from within the game (Settings → Contact Support pre-fills your player ID) or directly, including your player ID if possible. We will process verified requests within 30 days. You can also reset your advertising ID in your device settings at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the game after changes means you accept the updated policy.
